About Me

I am many things....

  • A Christian
  • A Wife
  • A Mother
  • A Full-Time Student
  • A Pastor's Wife
  • And so much more...

I am a Christian, I rededicated my life to the Lord at 19 years of age and began serving Him by working with children and youth. I have worked as a Children's Church Director, a Youth Drama Leader, a Youth Leader, a Sunday School teacher (all ages of children), a Choir member, and a Nursery Worker. I have directed and produced mini dramas, dances, and 'human videos' and well as a few children's Christmas plays. I have also created pictures for use in sermons, backdrops for stage performances, and church murals. I have a Teacher of the Year award in my old church, in our district. I received the honor in 2002 in the state of Florida with 16 other teachers through out the state. I have also led a small devotions group for women, as a non-traditional college student. Now, I am currently working with the young children of our church, for Sunday School as well as volunteering as a Camp Leader for 3rd-5th grade week.

I am married to a wonderful man who gave his life in service to this country for 15 yrs before medically retirement.

I am a proud mother of 4 wonderful children.

I am a f/t student working on my BS in Elementary Education and Bible at Kentucky Christian University and am currently in my Junior year of college. I am also a honor student and a member of Pi Chi Delta.

I am a pastor's wife. My husband is a minister, a KCU graduate with a BS in Bible & Preaching and a minor in Counseling. He is currently working on his master's degree in Christian Ministry. My husband currently serves at a local church as an Associate Minister and Youth Pastor.

I love working with children- to see their faces light up in wonder and joy is a true blessing that I am appreciative of. I know my calling is to serve them and their families in church, the community, and in school.

I have several hobbies and interests, some of them are: art, guitar, music, scrap booking (paper & digital), photography, drawing, beading, knitting, general crafting, creating lesson plans, researching new ideas and projects, and reading to name a few. I like a lot of things in moderation- to be balanced.

Well, enough about me...
